Aleta Antoinette

She has been selling residential real estate in the Metropolitan Denver area since 2000, and working in the senior community since 2003 assisting in both listing and selling homes. She has built her success with new home buyers because of her knowledge of the entire process, her excellent communication skills and the relationships she enjoys building with her clients. With a background in financial and mortgage services along with a degree in Human Services, she encompasses a broad skill set to offer her clients when they are looking to buy or sell real estate. She founded Homes That Give which donates part of her commissions back to charities across Colorado and the Globe.

Aleta is creative and committed to the projects she participates in. Having taken her dream to create a more peaceful and compassionate world from a dream to a reality by being the Founder of Imagine Peace Foundation or bringing more money and recognition to nonprofits through her blog, "A Year of Gifting" she is passionate about doing what it takes to make dreams a reality. She approaches each real estate transaction with that same enthusiasm. She has surrounded herself with a team of professionals that bring that same enthusiasm to each client she serves to make each transaction as timely and smooth as possible. We've raised over $11000 for community charities so far...

In 2007 Aleta was awarded "The Make A Difference Award" by Mile Hi Church for outstanding service to Humanity. In 2015 she sold over $2.4 Million dollars of real estate. She received recognitions each year from 2008-2012 as a Customer Account Manager with CenturyLink serving business customers across the county for outstanding performance and service. In corporate America she had positions created for her because of her strong communication, problem solving and negotiation skills. She has volunteered with and supported such organizations as, Habitat for Humanity, Special Olympics, the Muscular Dystrophy Telethons, and The Salvation Army's Angel Tree Project and Adopt-A-Family. 

Jayne Bail

She began her career in the mortgage industry in 1984 and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University. Her interests in business law and a natural talent with numbers led her to the mortgage industry.   

Jayne has been serving her clients with Platte River Mortgage since 2015. The model of serving her clients with honesty and integrity has been the foundation of her career.   

This foundation and her experience offers her clients the expertise of caring for the client with the full breath of understanding the process and requirements of obtaining a mortgage.  

She enjoys the opportunity of working with the intricate details of the business and making the process easy for her clients.  She strives to ensure that her clients are not only well informed, but well taken care of before, during and after closing.  Your trust and satisfaction are her top priorities.   

Jayne’s participation and commitment to the mortgage industry is a lifetime in the making.  She currently is the elected President of the Colorado Association of Mortgage Professionals. She has been involved in the industry trade association for the past 10 years with a focus on education, public relations and government affairs. Her volunteer efforts are aimed at advocacy and educating our mortgage professional community with emphasis on consumer education and protection.
